Distributor Terms & Conditions

RISE ON

DISTRIBUTOR ONBOARDING, KYC, PAYMENT, REFUND, INCENTIVE & CONDUCT POLICY

RISE ON is a product-focused consumer business. The commercial activities of RISE ON are based on the genuine sale of products to customers. RISE ON is not a recruitment-based company, and no incentive, commission or financial benefit shall become payable merely for introducing, referring, registering or adding another person.

Any incentive or commercial benefit offered by RISE ON shall arise only from genuine, verified and successfully completed product sales and shall remain subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions, KYC requirements, payment verification, return and refund period, cancellation status and other official RISE ON policies.

1. MANDATORY READING AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Every applicant intending to become a RISE ON distributor must carefully read and understand the applicable Terms & Conditions, Distributor Agreement, KYC Policy, Payment Policy, Product Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct and other applicable RISE ON policies before completing registration.

No distributor account shall be activated unless the applicant has expressly accepted the applicable Terms & Conditions through the prescribed registration process.

By completing registration, the applicant confirms that:

  • the applicable Terms & Conditions and policies have been made available for reading;
  • the applicant has carefully read and understood the applicable terms before accepting them;
  • the decision to become a distributor has been taken voluntarily;
  • the applicant understands that RISE ON is a product-focused sales company;
  • no guaranteed income, fixed return, salary or assured financial benefit has been promised;
  • any eligible incentive shall arise only from genuine and verified product sales;
  • the applicant agrees to comply with all applicable RISE ON policies and applicable Indian law.

Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions shall constitute the distributor's acknowledgement that the applicable terms were available for review prior to registration.

2. MANDATORY DISTRIBUTOR KYC

KYC verification shall be mandatory for every RISE ON distributor.

A distributor account shall become active only after successful Aadhaar OTP-based identity verification through the verification mechanism implemented by RISE ON in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

The Aadhaar-linked OTP must be successfully verified before distributor activation.

Until KYC and Aadhaar OTP verification are successfully completed:

  • the distributor account shall remain inactive;
  • distributor-related privileges shall not become operational;
  • no eligible incentive or other distributor payment shall be released; and
  • the applicant shall not represent himself or herself as an activated RISE ON distributor.

The distributor shall provide true, complete and accurate information during the KYC process.

Submission or use of forged, manipulated, false or unauthorised KYC information, Aadhaar details or supporting documentation may result in rejection, suspension or termination of the distributor account and appropriate legal action wherever required.

Aadhaar-related verification and information shall be processed in accordance with applicable consent, privacy, security and regulatory requirements.

3. PAYMENT ONLY THROUGH THE OFFICIAL RISE ON WEBSITE PORTAL

ALL PAYMENTS FOR RISE ON PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SHALL BE MADE ONLY THROUGH THE OFFICIAL RISE ON WEBSITE / PAYMENT PORTAL.

The official website/payment portal shall be the authorised channel for receiving customer and distributor payments.

No distributor, representative or other individual is authorised to independently prescribe or provide an alternative payment method on behalf of RISE ON.

Payments must not be made through:

  • cash;
  • personal bank accounts;
  • personal UPI IDs;
  • personal QR codes;
  • private wallets;
  • payment to an individual distributor;
  • payment to an employee personally;
  • unofficial payment links; or
  • any payment method not expressly provided through the official RISE ON website/payment portal.

A payment shall be recognised as an authorised RISE ON transaction only when it is successfully processed and recorded through the official website/payment system.

Customers and distributors are therefore strongly advised to verify that every payment is being made only through the official RISE ON portal.

4. CASH AND UNAUTHORISED PAYMENT DISCLAIMER

RISE ON does not authorise distributors to collect cash on behalf of the company.

If any distributor independently receives cash, requests payment into a personal bank account, provides a personal UPI/QR code or otherwise collects money outside the official RISE ON website/payment portal, such activity shall be treated as an unauthorised act of the concerned distributor.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RISE ON shall not be responsible for any loss, dispute or financial claim arising solely from a payment voluntarily made by a person through an unauthorised payment method or directly to an individual contrary to the official payment policy.

Any distributor engaging in unauthorised collection of money may be suspended or terminated and may be personally responsible for the consequences arising from such conduct.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude any responsibility that applicable law mandatorily places upon RISE ON.

5. OFFICIAL INVOICE

Every valid product transaction shall be appropriately recorded in the official RISE ON system and supported by an invoice, order record or other prescribed transaction document.

The official invoice shall serve as the primary record for:

  • confirmation of purchase;
  • product details;
  • transaction value;
  • applicable return period;
  • refund eligibility;
  • sales verification;
  • incentive verification; and
  • customer grievance resolution.

The DATE OF INVOICE shall be the reference date for calculating the applicable 30-Day Product Return & Refund Period.

6. 30-DAY PRODUCT RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RISE ON provides a 30-Day Product Return & Refund Period calculated from the DATE OF INVOICE.

An eligible return or refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date stated on the official invoice.

A standard return request shall be subject to verification of:

  • official invoice/order details;
  • transaction authenticity;
  • identity of the concerned product;
  • condition of the product;
  • applicable return conditions; and
  • supporting information reasonably required for processing the request.

For a normal voluntary return, the product should ordinarily be unused, undamaged and in saleable condition along with the original components, accessories and packaging wherever reasonably applicable.

RISE ON reserves the right to inspect and verify the returned product before approving a refund.

A product may be refused under the voluntary return policy where it is established that the product has been:

  • deliberately damaged;
  • substituted;
  • materially altered;
  • tampered with;
  • misused; or
  • fraudulently presented for return.

Nothing contained in the voluntary 30-Day Return & Refund Policy shall restrict any mandatory consumer right or remedy available under applicable Indian law.

7. REFUND PROCESS AND TIMELINE

After an eligible return/refund request has been received, the transaction and returned product may be verified in accordance with the applicable RISE ON procedure.

Once the refund claim has been finally approved, the approved refund shall ordinarily be processed within 15 working days from the date of final approval.

The approved refund shall be credited to the ORIGINAL SOURCE ACCOUNT / ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD from which the authorised payment was originally received, wherever technically and legally possible.

RISE ON shall ordinarily not process an approved refund:

  • in cash;
  • to an unrelated third-party account;
  • to another distributor;
  • to a different personal UPI account; or
  • through an unauthorised payment channel.

Where refund to the original source is technically unavailable, an alternative documented refund mechanism may be followed after appropriate verification.

8. PRODUCT-SALES-BASED INCENTIVE POLICY

RISE ON is a product-based sales company and is not a recruitment-based company.

The purpose of the distributor arrangement is to facilitate the lawful promotion and sale of genuine RISE ON products in accordance with official company policies.

No incentive shall become payable merely because:

  • a person registers as a distributor;
  • another person is introduced;
  • another applicant completes registration;
  • another distributor account is activated;
  • an applicant completes KYC; or
  • an individual becomes associated with RISE ON.

Any eligible incentive shall arise only from genuine, verified and successfully completed product sales in accordance with the official RISE ON sales and incentive policy.

The calculation and eligibility of an incentive may be subject to:

  • successful payment;
  • verified product sale;
  • valid invoice;
  • applicable KYC requirements;
  • completion of the applicable return/refund period;
  • absence of cancellation or refund;
  • transaction verification; and
  • compliance with applicable RISE ON policies.

9. INCENTIVE RELEASE AFTER COMPLETION OF REFUND PERIOD

Any eligible product-sales-based incentive shall be released only AFTER COMPLETION OF THE APPLICABLE 30-DAY PRODUCT RETURN & REFUND PERIOD calculated from the date of invoice.

No sales-based incentive shall be considered finally payable or releasable before completion of the applicable 30-day refund period.

After completion of the refund period, the incentive may be released subject to:

  • successful verification of the underlying product transaction;
  • successful payment confirmation;
  • completion of applicable distributor KYC;
  • absence of any return, cancellation, refund or payment reversal;
  • absence of any fraud or transaction dispute; and
  • compliance with applicable RISE ON policies.

If the underlying product transaction is cancelled, returned, refunded, reversed, disputed or determined to be invalid during the applicable refund period, the corresponding incentive shall not be released.

The purpose of this provision is to ensure that incentives arise only from genuine and completed product sales.

10. NO GUARANTEED OR ASSURED INCOME

RISE ON does not guarantee any distributor a fixed or assured income.

No distributor, employee, representative or other person is authorised to promise:

  • guaranteed earnings;
  • fixed monthly income;
  • salary merely for becoming a distributor;
  • assured profit;
  • guaranteed financial return;
  • fixed return on money;
  • guaranteed recovery of product purchase price;
  • guaranteed incentive amount; or
  • guaranteed financial success.

The amount, if any, earned by an eligible distributor shall depend upon genuine qualifying product sales and fulfilment of the applicable RISE ON sales and incentive conditions.

Any unauthorised guarantee or assurance made independently by a distributor shall constitute a violation of RISE ON policy.

11. NO INCENTIVE FOR MERE REGISTRATION OR INTRODUCTION

Registration, referral, introduction or activation of another individual shall not by itself constitute a qualifying product sale.

RISE ON shall not provide an incentive merely for adding or registering another person.

Only genuine product sales meeting the official eligibility requirements may generate an applicable sales-based incentive.

The commercial activity of RISE ON shall remain focused on products and genuine product sales.

12. NO ARTIFICIAL, FAKE OR MANIPULATED SALES

Only genuine product transactions shall be recognised as valid sales.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • fictitious customer orders;
  • fake product sales;
  • fabricated invoices;
  • manipulated transactions;
  • fraudulent purchases;
  • false customer details;
  • artificial transactions;
  • deliberate transaction cycling;
  • coordinated transactions designed solely to generate incentives;
  • fraudulent returns;
  • manipulation of sales records; or
  • any attempt to create artificial sales eligibility.

Where an underlying transaction is found to be fraudulent, invalid, cancelled, reversed or otherwise non-qualifying, no incentive shall become payable in relation to that transaction.

13. RETURN OR REFUND EFFECT ON INCENTIVE

Where a product transaction has generated provisional incentive eligibility but the product is subsequently returned, cancelled or refunded during the applicable refund period, the associated incentive shall not be released.

If an incentive has been processed because of an administrative or technical error in relation to an invalid, refunded, reversed or fraudulent transaction, RISE ON may withhold, reverse or adjust the corresponding amount in accordance with applicable policies and law.

No distributor shall intentionally create transactions for the purpose of generating an incentive and subsequently coordinate their cancellation or refund.

Such activity shall constitute serious misconduct and may result in account suspension or termination.

14. DISTRIBUTOR RESPONSIBILITY AND CODE OF CONDUCT

Every distributor shall be responsible for his or her individual conduct while dealing with customers or representing RISE ON.

A distributor shall act strictly within the authority and information officially provided by RISE ON.

A distributor is not authorised to:

  • alter company policies;
  • modify official product prices;
  • collect money outside the official website/payment portal;
  • accept cash on behalf of RISE ON;
  • make unauthorised guarantees;
  • promise a guaranteed income;
  • make false or exaggerated product claims;
  • promise refunds contrary to official policy;
  • create unofficial offers;
  • issue unauthorised commitments on behalf of RISE ON;
  • provide misleading financial representations;
  • manipulate sales;
  • create fake transactions; or
  • misuse customer information.

Where a distributor independently commits an unauthorised, fraudulent, misleading or unlawful act outside the authority granted by RISE ON, the concerned distributor shall be responsible for his or her conduct and its consequences to the extent permitted by applicable law.

RISE ON reserves the right to take disciplinary, contractual or legal action against a distributor for serious violations of the applicable policies.

Nothing contained herein shall exclude any responsibility that applicable law mandatorily places upon the company.

15. ACCURATE PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

Every distributor must communicate accurate and authorised information regarding RISE ON and its products.

No distributor shall intentionally make false, fabricated, misleading or exaggerated representations relating to:

  • product specifications;
  • product quality;
  • product utility;
  • product performance;
  • product price;
  • product availability;
  • returns;
  • refunds;
  • company policies;
  • incentive eligibility;
  • expected income; or
  • any other material commercial information.

A distributor shall not claim that an unauthorised personal representation is an official statement of RISE ON.

16. OFFICIAL MARKETING MATERIAL

Distributors shall use product and company information that has been officially issued or approved by RISE ON.

The following are prohibited:

  • fabricated certificates;
  • fake product approvals;
  • false testimonials;
  • fake income statements;
  • altered invoices;
  • unauthorised promotional offers;
  • false product claims;
  • misleading advertisements; and
  • any content that creates a materially false impression about RISE ON.

RISE ON may require immediate withdrawal or removal of any unauthorised or misleading material.

Repeated or serious violation may result in suspension or termination.

17. CUSTOMER DEALINGS

All customers shall be treated respectfully and professionally.

No distributor shall:

  • knowingly mislead a customer;
  • force or pressure a customer to purchase;
  • conceal material product information;
  • misuse customer contact information;
  • engage in harassment;
  • make false financial assurances; or
  • misrepresent company policies.

Product purchases should arise from an informed and voluntary purchasing decision.

18. CUSTOMER AND DISTRIBUTOR DATA

Personal information collected for legitimate business purposes may include details necessary for:

  • distributor KYC;
  • Aadhaar-based verification;
  • order processing;
  • payment processing;
  • delivery;
  • invoicing;
  • refund processing;
  • incentive processing;

  • fraud prevention; and
  • statutory compliance.

Such information shall be handled only for legitimate and authorised purposes and in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

Aadhaar-related information and OTP verification information shall be handled in accordance with applicable legal and security requirements.

Distributors are strictly prohibited from unauthorised copying, sharing, selling, publishing or misusing customer or distributor personal information.

19. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR FRAUD AND MISCONDUCT

RISE ON maintains a strict approach towards fraudulent, dishonest or materially misleading conduct.

Serious violations may include:

  • false or forged KYC;
  • unauthorised cash collection;
  • personal collection of company payments;
  • payment diversion;
  • fake sales;
  • fraudulent refund claims;
  • fabricated invoices;
  • false product representations;
  • guaranteed-income claims;
  • misuse of customer information;
  • manipulation of company systems;
  • misuse of the RISE ON name or logo; or
  • deliberate violation of applicable law or company policy.

Where suspicious activity is identified, RISE ON may preserve relevant records, conduct verification and temporarily restrict the concerned transaction, account or incentive while the matter is reviewed.

20. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF DISTRIBUTOR

RISE ON reserves the right, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements, to suspend, restrict or terminate a distributor account where a serious or repeated violation of applicable RISE ON policies is established.

Reasons may include:

  • failed or fraudulent KYC;
  • cash collection;
  • unauthorised payment collection;
  • false representation;
  • misleading income claims;
  • fake product sales;
  • fraudulent transactions;
  • refund manipulation;
  • misuse of customer information;
  • misuse of company branding;
  • unauthorised commitments;
  • fraud; or
  • material breach of the Distributor Agreement.

Where appropriate, the distributor may be asked to provide clarification or supporting documentation before a final decision is taken.

21. COMPANY RIGHT TO VERIFY

RISE ON reserves the right to conduct reasonable verification in relation to:

  • distributor KYC;
  • Aadhaar verification status;
  • transactions;
  • product sales;
  • invoices;
  • payments;
  • return requests;
  • refund claims;
  • incentive eligibility;
  • suspicious transactions; and
  • compliance with company policies.

Where a genuine compliance concern exists, an incentive, refund or other transaction may be temporarily held until the required verification has been completed.

22. DISTRIBUTOR HAS NO AUTHORITY TO BIND RISE ON

A distributor shall operate only within the scope authorised under the applicable RISE ON Distributor Agreement and policies.

Unless expressly authorised in writing, a distributor shall not have authority to:

  • enter into an agreement on behalf of RISE ON;
  • create a legal obligation for RISE ON;
  • change company pricing;
  • modify company policies;
  • promise an exception to the refund policy;
  • accept an unauthorised payment;
  • make a financial guarantee;
  • promise an incentive; or
  • otherwise commit RISE ON to an unauthorised commercial obligation.

Any independent representation outside the authority granted by RISE ON shall remain the responsibility of the concerned person, subject to applicable law.

23. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

RISE ON shall maintain an appropriate mechanism for genuine customer and distributor grievances.

Grievances may relate to:

  • products;
  • orders;
  • payments;
  • delivery;
  • returns;
  • refunds;
  • distributor conduct; or
  • other legitimate transaction-related concerns.

The official grievance contact details and applicable complaint procedure shall be displayed through the appropriate RISE ON communication channel.

Customers and distributors should use only the official grievance mechanism for matters relating to RISE ON transactions.

24. AMENDMENT OF POLICIES

RISE ON may revise or update its Distributor Terms & Conditions, KYC Policy, Payment Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Sales Incentive Policy, Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct and other applicable policies from time to time.

Amendments may be made in response to:

  • changes in applicable law;
  • regulatory requirements;
  • operational requirements;
  • product changes;
  • technology changes;
  • customer protection requirements; or
  • commercial requirements.

Material policy changes shall be communicated or made available through appropriate RISE ON channels in accordance with applicable requirements.

25. APPLICABLE LAW

All RISE ON policies, transactions and distributor arrangements shall remain subject to applicable Indian law.

Nothing contained in any RISE ON policy shall be interpreted as excluding, restricting or overriding any mandatory statutory right available to a customer or any statutory obligation imposed upon RISE ON.

Where any provision of an internal policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable law shall prevail.

26. DISTRIBUTOR DECLARATION

By proceeding with RISE ON distributor registration, the applicant declares:

“I confirm that I have carefully read and understood the applicable RISE ON Distributor Terms & Conditions, KYC Policy, Payment Policy, Product Return & Refund Policy, Sales Incentive Policy, Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct before submitting my registration.

I understand that my distributor account shall become active only after successful Aadhaar OTP-based identity verification through the applicable authorised verification process.

I understand that all payments relating to RISE ON must be made only through the official RISE ON website/payment portal and that payment through cash, personal UPI, personal bank account, personal QR code or any other unofficial payment method is not authorised by RISE ON.

I understand that RISE ON provides a 30-Day Product Return & Refund Period calculated from the date of invoice.

I understand that after approval of an eligible refund claim, the approved refund shall ordinarily be processed within 15 working days to the original source account/payment method, subject to applicable verification and law.

I understand that RISE ON is a product-focused sales company and is not a recruitment-based company.

I understand that merely introducing, referring, registering or adding another person does not by itself generate an incentive.

I understand that any eligible incentive is based solely upon genuine, verified and successfully completed product sales in accordance with the official RISE ON Sales Incentive Policy.

I further understand that any eligible sales-based incentive shall be released only after completion of the applicable 30-Day Product Return & Refund Period calculated from the date of invoice and subject to transaction verification, successful KYC, absence of cancellation or refund and compliance with applicable RISE ON policies.

I understand that I am personally responsible for any unauthorised, fraudulent, false or misleading act committed by me and that I have no authority to collect unauthorised payments, make guarantees, modify company policies or create obligations on behalf of RISE ON except where expressly authorised in writing.

I confirm that I am voluntarily accepting the above terms and agree to comply with all applicable RISE ON policies and applicable Indian law.”
